About the role

A fantastic opportunity has become available at N Family Day Nursery Guildford for an Apprentice Chef. You will join their 'Outstanding' setting and become part of a friendly team, learning on-the-job while preparing fresh and inspiring food for the children. The role involves learning to create balanced, nutritious, and exciting menus, working in purpose-built kitchens, and promoting healthy eating messages. You will also ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Ofsted guidelines. To be eligible, you must be 16 or over and not in full-time education. This apprenticeship offers a structured learning environment with regular one-to-one sessions, hands-on experience, and study for at least 6% of working hours, leading to a Level 2 Production Chef qualification.
