About the role
Join Morrisons as a Cafe Apprentice through the Proper Jobs: Fresh Start Programme. This initiative aims to develop the next generation of retail leaders by offering 1,000 new apprenticeships by 2030. The programme lasts up to 2 years, combining on-the-job learning, formal training, and online study. You'll start as a Customer Assistant for 13 weeks before progressing to a 12-month Food & Beverage apprenticeship. Successful completion can lead to the Sir Ken Morrison Leadership School, a six-month programme to kickstart a career in retail management. Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, customer service, handling transactions, and teamwork. No prior experience is required; full training and support are provided.
