The role requires building excellent relationships with parents, promoting child welfare, and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed. Desired GCSEs in English and Maths (grades 4-9) are noted, alongside strong communication, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and administrative skills. The apprenticeship is for 1 year and 6 months, with training provided by BABCOCK SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING LIMITED, leading to a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard qualification, functional skills in maths and English, and a Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid.
