About the role
Bridgewell Partners are seeking an ambitious and switched-on individual to join their growing recruitment team in Chatham. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment industry, focusing on finding candidates for Children's Residential Homes. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, preparing CVs, matching candidates to suitable roles, researching new vacancies, marketing candidates to employers, maintaining the candidate database, and building relationships with clients and candidates. The training will cover the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to placement.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
