About the role

Holcim UK is seeking a motivated individual for an HR Data Analyst Apprenticeship, leading to a Business Data Essentials apprenticeship (L3 - Data in the People Profession). This role involves turning raw people data into actionable insights to inform business decisions for their 4,000+ UK team. You will work with experienced HR professionals and data analysts, gaining hands-on experience with real workforce data and reporting systems. The apprenticeship will build practical skills in data visualization, HR metrics, dashboard reporting, data analysis, and trends forecasting, culminating in a nationally recognized qualification. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and enjoys problem-solving and data storytelling. No prior HR analytics experience is required. A practical skills assessment will be part of the selection process.
