About the role
The Eskdale Castleton Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Member Apprentice to join their team in Whitby. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in the hospitality industry while working towards a recognized Level 2 qualification. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer queries, and supporting stock management. Apprentices will also be responsible for adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations, working effectively within a team, and completing all required coursework and training. Upon successful completion, there may be potential for a permanent position.
