About the role
Join Miller and Carter as a Chef Apprentice and learn the art of creating perfect steaks. This apprenticeship offers hands-on kitchen experience and a recognized qualification. You'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and collaborating with the team. No prior experience is needed; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. The apprenticeship includes work-based training, support from a Lifetime Learner Coach, and a workplace mentor. You will also gain functional skills in English and maths if required. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression within Mitchells and Butlers.
