About the role
Join Harvester as a Chef Apprentice and embark on a journey to become a skilled culinary professional. This Level 2 apprenticeship offers comprehensive work-based training, allowing you to develop essential kitchen skills while earning a nationally recognised qualification. You'll prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, ensure kitchen cleanliness, and contribute to a supportive team environment. No prior experience is required; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. This 15-month program includes face-to-face sessions and remote coaching, with a mentor in the workplace. Upon completion, you'll be a vital team member supporting the running of our kitchens and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
