About the role
Embark on a culinary journey with EGO - Bromsgrove as a Chef Apprentice. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment within the well-established Mitchells and Butlers group, which boasts 19 brands and 1600 businesses nationwide. You will be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, receiving comprehensive work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and regular remote coaching. The apprenticeship focuses on preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing to a supportive team atmosphere. No prior experience is required, only a willingness to learn, a passion for cooking, and pride in your work.
