About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Chef at Ember Inns, a well-established pub and restaurant company. You will be trained to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role involves working independently with kitchen equipment, requiring applicants to be 18 or over due to health and safety regulations. You will gain hands-on experience and work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. This is a work-based training program with no need to attend college, including face-to-face sessions and remote coaching. You will also receive in-work support from a workplace mentor.
