About the role

Join Browns Brasserie and Bar as a Chef Apprentice and become a vital part of a busy kitchen team. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification as a Production Chef Level 2. You'll be involved in preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to team meetings. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and a passion for cooking. The apprenticeship includes work-based training, with face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a dedicated coach every 6 weeks, plus workplace mentorship. You'll also obtain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed. Upon completion, there are opportunities for career progression within Mitchells & Butlers, a leading restaurant and pub company.
