About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Chef within the Premium Country Pub Collection, part of Mitchells and Butlers. You will be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing stock, and adhering to all company policies and health and safety regulations. While no prior experience is required, a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential. This role provides a full-time kitchen experience under the guidance of experienced chefs, leading to a nationally recognized qualification and the ability to support kitchen operations.
