About the role
Harriet Ellis Training Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team in Romford. This office-based role involves supporting learners enrolled in their Dental Nursing course with their job search, acting as a crucial link between learners and employers. The position combines recruitment, candidate engagement, and relationship management. Responsibilities include matching suitable learners with dental vacancies, arranging interviews and trial days, liaising with dental practices, obtaining new vacancies, and updating learner CVs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering an outstanding learner and employer experience.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English grade 4 (Essential), GCSE Maths grade 4 (Desired). Strong communication skills, IT skills, organization, confident telephone manner, excellent customer service, ability to work independently, strong time management, Microsoft Office proficiency, target-driven, and self-motivated.
