Recruitment Consultants Apprenticeship - Level 3

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Recruitment Consultant with Advance Staff. You will be trained to represent the company in the recruitment market, supporting clients in finding candidates for both temporary and permanent roles. The role involves developing candidate relationships, assisting them with CVs and applications, and driving business growth through sales. You will gain full 360-degree experience, including pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, verifying references, ensuring compliance with right-to-work in the UK, and negotiating salaries. Business development is a key aspect, involving phone and email communication to win new client accounts and manage existing relationships. You will source suitable candidates, present them to clients, negotiate fees, and maintain client relationships throughout the recruitment process. This role requires a good level of confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
