About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Resourcer. You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying suitable candidates, contacting and screening potential applicants, and advertising vacancies across various platforms. The role involves updating candidate records and supporting recruitment consultants with daily tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, good organisational and IT skills, and be self-motivated and target-driven. No prior recruitment experience is necessary as full training and ongoing support will be provided, along with the chance to earn a recognised apprenticeship qualification and benefit from career progression opportunities within a friendly and supportive team environment.
