About the role

Home Instead Salford is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join their award-winning domiciliary care team. This Health Care Professional - Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship will involve providing person-centred care and support to older adults in their own homes, helping them to live independently and comfortably. Duties include assisting with daily routines, personal care, meals, and promoting social engagement. You will also be responsible for building positive relationships, adhering to care plans, safeguarding procedures, and maintaining records. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role, along with comfort in providing personal care. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is an opportunity to be employed as a qualified full-time carer.
