Join Premium Country Pub Collection as a Chef Apprentice and embark on a culinary journey. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, developing your skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to brand standards. You'll be part of a supportive team, contribute to team meetings, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. No prior experience is needed; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. This 15-month apprenticeship leads to a Production Chef Level 2 standard, with functional skills in English and Maths if required. Training is delivered through work-based learning, including face-to-face sessions and remote support. Upon completion, enjoy ongoing support and development with progression opportunities within Mitchells and Butlers.
