About the role
This apprenticeship at Sizzling Pub & Grill offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and a qualification in the hospitality sector. As part of the front of house team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, from greeting guests to recommending menu items and ensuring their overall satisfaction. The role requires individuals to be 18 or over due to independent alcohol sales. You will be trained on all aspects of bar and waiting duties, including maintaining cleanliness and adhering to brand standards and licensing laws. This is a work-based apprenticeship, meaning all training is delivered on the job, with no college attendance required. Upon completion, you will achieve a nationally recognised Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard.
