About the role
Marstons is seeking a Production Chef Apprentice to join their team at Crown Wychbold. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in preparing and cooking food, with opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the kitchen. The role involves working within a fast-paced environment, supporting the kitchen team, and delivering high-quality meals. Upon completion of the 15-month apprenticeship, participants will work towards a Chef Development Programme, with the goal of becoming a Sous Chef.
