About the role
Majesty House Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Apprentice Cafe Assistant to join their team. This community cafe aims to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for its patrons, particularly the older community. The apprentice will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, taking orders, preparing hot drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe. This role offers a chance to gain valuable experience in customer service and food and beverage preparation within a supportive environment. The apprenticeship includes off-the-job training at the cafe to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours related to the Level 2 Food and Beverage Apprenticeship Standard.
