About the role

ICare is seeking a new Care Assistant Apprentice to study towards an Adult Care Worker apprenticeship, Level 2. This role involves supporting individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Key duties include providing personal care, assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, medication prompts, wellbeing checks, and offering companionship. The role requires a full UK driving licence and is for individuals 18+ due to personal care requirements. The apprenticeship will equip you with the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, supporting those who need help to live safely and comfortably. This is an important role within Adult Social Care, assisting older people, individuals with disabilities, or those with physical or mental health needs.
