About the role

Are you ready to turn your hand to new skills? Marstons - Copper Beech Norwich is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Apprentice Chef, assisting the kitchen team in preparing delicious food for guests. This role involves prepping and creating dishes from the pub menu, learning new skills, and potentially owning a section of the kitchen. Previous experience as a Chef or Kitchen Porter (KP) is desirable, as is a willingness to learn kitchen procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. The apprenticeship includes a Chef Development Programme with the aim of progressing to a Sous Chef role.
