About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with some prior knowledge and experience within a nursery or school setting and especially someone passionate in childcare and early years, looking to further their career.
Key duties include providing an excellent range of activities that ensures children learn while having fun, supporting children's learning and development through planning and observations, and preparing and maintaining the environment and resources. You will also be involved in preparing food for meals, supporting children's self-help needs, and ensuring all safeguarding and health and hygiene requirements are adhered to. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and a non-judgmental approach. Successful completion of the apprenticeship leads to a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, with potential for permanent employment and career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.
