About the role
Parkway Primary School is seeking a motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice to support pupils and contribute to the school's ethos. This role offers hands-on experience in preparing classrooms, assisting with displays, providing administrative support, and attending to pupils' personal needs. Apprentices will also help in planning and delivering learning activities, accompanying students on outings, and liaising with parents under teacher direction. The apprenticeship includes evening events and commitments.
Upon successful completion, career progression opportunities include becoming a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or continuing employment with the school. The school is rated as 'good' by OFSTED and caters to a diverse range of learners, including those with moderate and severe learning difficulties.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
