About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join Wortley Hall as a Front of House Apprentice in Sheffield. You will be responsible for providing the highest standard of reception services to all customers and staff. Key duties include greeting and welcoming guests, managing booking and payment systems, facilitating communication between departments, and handling customer enquiries efficiently. You will also be involved in administrative tasks, maintaining the tidiness and safety of the reception area, and working as part of the hotel team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Continuous development and willingness to undertake reasonable instructions from senior managers are expected.
