About the role
Join a busy kitchen team and develop the skills needed to become a qualified Commis Chef. Working alongside experienced chefs, you will learn food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety and kitchen operations while earning a wage and gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
Duties include supporting the Head Chef, preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, following recipes, assisting with stock and organisation, and ensuring allergen procedures are followed.
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential. This is a physically active role requiring standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

- GCSE Maths & English at grade 3, communication skills, teamwork, patience, physical fitness, passion for cooking, reliability, punctuality, keen to learn, professional appearance, good work ethic.
