About the role
Marston Holdings is seeking friendly and confident individuals to join as Civil Enforcement Officer Apprentices. In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling local streets and car parks to ensure parking safety and fairness. Your duties will include advising the public on parking regulations, issuing Penalty Charge Notices for incorrectly parked vehicles, professionally handling public enquiries, reporting abandoned vehicles and equipment issues, and supporting enforcement colleagues when needed. This apprenticeship offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a public-facing role and contribute to keeping neighbourhoods running smoothly.
