About the role

Aico Ltd, the UK's leading fire and carbon monoxide protection company, is seeking a motivated individual for an Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner role. This apprenticeship offers comprehensive training to become a valuable member of the sales team. Duties will include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, providing support to the sales office manager, and general office administration. The role involves working with wholesalers and clients, answering questions about product use and legislation, and maintaining client records using the CRM system. You will also be involved in digitizing records, data entry, report generation, and collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service transitions. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent. Strong communication skills, IT proficiency, attention to detail, organization skills, customer care skills, team working ability, initiative, and excellent timekeeping are essential. Comfort on the phone is also required.
