About the role

This apprenticeship at NOVA Automotive Group offers a comprehensive training program for an Apprentice Vehicle Damage MET Technician. You will be an integral part of a skilled team, responsible for stripping and refitting vehicle parts, rebuilding suspension, and resetting geometry. The role also involves removing, replacing, and reinstalling SRS systems to ensure vehicles are returned to pre-accident and roadworthy condition. Successful candidates will receive high-quality training with excellent career prospects, including potential permanent employment and opportunities to progress into roles such as Workshop Controller, Vehicle Damage Assessor, or Bodyshop Manager. The training is delivered onsite by AUTO-ASSESS LIMITED, with no college attendance required. A certification in Refrigerant Handling will be achieved, alongside a Level 3 Vehicle Damage Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) Technician qualification. Level 2 maths and English Functional Skills will also be covered if not already achieved. Entry requirements
