About the role
This Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship with AWE offers a hands-on opportunity to build practical engineering skills across various pathways including mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, control and instrumentation maintenance, precision machining, and mechatronic maintenance. You will learn from experienced engineers, use real tools and equipment, and contribute to AWE's unique facilities. The apprenticeship requires 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English, and applicants must be British Nationals aged 17 or over by August 31, 2027. Successful completion can lead to a role aligned with your trained pathway, supporting critical UK infrastructure.
