About the role

Ladybird Nurseries Limited is offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Childcare Apprentice. This apprenticeship is based in Beckenham and focuses on working with children aged 0-5. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and engaging childcare setting. The role involves creating a safe and stimulating environment, teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements, and supporting children with daily activities and personal care. You will also communicate effectively with colleagues and parents. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone dedicated, committed, and punctual, who is looking to develop a career in childcare. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities for career progression, including potential full-time positions, Room Leader roles, management training, or pathways into primary education and pediatric nursing.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Team working, Initiative, Patience.
