About the role

Join LADYBIRD NURSERIES LIMITED as a Nursery Educator Apprentice in London. This 14-month program offers a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship, focusing on childcare for children aged 0-5. You will work towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, gaining practical experience in creating a safe and engaging environment, teaching within EYFS requirements, supporting children's self-care and development, and communicating with parents and colleagues. The role requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Essential requirements include GCSE Maths & English at C/4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2. Desired skills include strong communication, IT proficiency, attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity. Training involves 1 day a week of online learning for the first 8 weeks, with the remainder of the time spent in the nursery under dedicated supervision. Upon completion, career progression opportunities include becoming a Level 3 Practitioner, Room Leader, or pursuing further training in primary education or pediatric nursing.
