About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to achieve a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification while earning a wage. You will gain hands-on experience without the need to attend college. Duties include supporting children's development and well-being, creating a stimulating learning environment, encouraging independence, assisting with daily routines, observing learning, building relationships with children and families, and promoting a safe and nurturing atmosphere. You will be supported by experienced staff and have the potential to progress to a full-time role or a Level 5 qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or equivalent. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Initiative, creativity, patience, and physical fitness are also desired.
