About the role
This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship is designed for individuals with prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and early years development. You will be responsible for providing engaging activities that promote learning and fun, supporting children's development through planning and observation, and preparing and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. Duties also include preparing food, supporting children's self-help needs, and adhering to strict safeguarding and health and hygiene policies. The apprenticeship includes training in paediatric first aid and ongoing professional development to meet evolving standards and legal requirements.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English (Grade 4) and Maths (Grade 4), or equivalent. A Level 2 qualification in Childcare is required to enrol.
