About the role

The Workshop Technical Apprentice will undertake a structured programme combining formal apprenticeship learning, Husqvarna technical training, and supervised workplace experience. The role will progressively develop the knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviours necessary to diagnose, service, maintain, repair, inspect, and evaluate Husqvarna products safely and to the required quality standard. The apprentice will work alongside experienced Workshop Technicians, progressively moving from observation and supervised activity to demonstrating occupational competence. This builds on the current job specification, which already expects development through practical workshop experience, Husqvarna University, and a recognised apprenticeship programme. Working alongside experienced technicians, the apprentice will support the repair, maintenance, inspection, and preparation of Husqvarna products while undertaking structured training and development. The role exists to build future technical capability within Husqvarna UK and support the delivery of premium customer experiences, dealer support, and technical excellence across the Services & Aftersales function.
