About the role

As a Butchery Apprentice at Dunbia, you will receive professional training in essential butchery skills across various departments. This role involves hands-on experience, learning from experienced professionals, and attending workshops with Duchy College. You will develop skills in professional knife techniques, boning, trimming meats, maintaining food and health & safety standards, stock control, and effective teamwork. Functional skills in maths and English will also be developed as needed.
