About the role

OBEX RECRUITMENT LTD. is seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join their team in Chelmsford. This role involves qualifying and shortlisting candidates, assisting with the recruitment process, identifying and attracting candidates through social media and job boards, and writing and monitoring job adverts. You will also be responsible for managing candidate relationships, recording candidate and client information, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, administrative, and team-working skills. GCSE English and Maths at grade 6 are essential.
