About the role
This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a busy recruitment business, covering the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to job placement. Responsibilities include identifying candidates, creating CVs, matching candidates to vacancies, researching new opportunities, marketing candidates, and maintaining the database. The role also involves client and candidate communication and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be confident, organized, computer literate, a clear communicator, and possess initiative and reliability.
