About the role
As a Human Resources Assistant Apprentice at GA Professional Healthcare Ltd, you will support the HR and Recruitment team with the day-to-day administration of a busy healthcare organisation. Your duties will include assisting with recruitment activities, supporting the onboarding of new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with compliance checks. You will also help coordinate staff induction and training, monitor training records, and respond to HR enquiries. The role involves supporting HR report preparation, updating HR policies, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives, all while maintaining confidentiality and complying with data protection requirements. You will work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments to ensure efficient HR operations and undertake other administrative duties while developing practical HR knowledge and skills.
