About the role
Christ's College Cambridge is seeking an Apprentice Pastry Chef to join their kitchen team. Under the guidance of experienced chefs, you will learn and develop pastry skills, prepare and present a range of dishes to a high standard, and maintain food safety and hygiene. The role involves working efficiently under tight deadlines and contributing to a clean and tidy kitchen environment. No prior experience is necessary; a passion for food and a willingness to learn are key. This full-time apprenticeship offers comprehensive training, including face-to-face and virtual sessions, workshops, webinars, and regular reviews. Upon completion, you will gain a Level Three Pastry Chef Apprenticeship and have potential for further opportunities within the College or the wider catering industry.
