About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Chef and Brewer, you will lead front of house teams, ensuring excellent customer service and a memorable experience. Your role will involve deputising for management, resolving issues, and coordinating team shifts. You will also be responsible for maintaining bar safety, legality, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong role-modelling skills, the ability to think on their feet, and a positive team-player attitude. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a dedicated Learner Coach. You will obtain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed, with regular reviews and support from a workplace mentor. The apprenticeship will also cover the Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Level 3.
