About the role
Sala Thai Kitchen, an award-winning Thai restaurant and cooking school, seeks an aspiring leader to join their team as a Hospitality Supervisor Apprentice. This Level 3 apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment, covering front-of-house supervision, team motivation, coordination of services, and operational planning. The role involves ensuring an authentic Thai dining experience for guests, assisting with staff training, resolving customer issues, and supporting stock control and marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while developing essential leadership and management skills within a well-established business.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Level 4-9, plus strong communication, IT, organisation, customer care, and problem-solving skills.
