About the role

The Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship is a Level 3 program designed to equip apprentices with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead teams and support day-to-day operations in various hospitality settings. Duties include people, business, and leadership management, bar operations, food service, event coordination, and learning about health and safety standards, regulations, and legislation within a hospitality environment. The role requires essential GCSEs in English and Maths (grade 4 or above), along with a range of soft skills including communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative skills, number skills, analytical skills, logical thinking, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, patience, and physical fitness.
