The Royal Oak in Winchester, a historic pub with a rich heritage, is seeking an Apprentice Team Leader to join their front of house team. As an Apprentice Team Leader with Urban Heritage, you will be responsible for motivating your team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. You'll also assist in organizing shifts, managing bar safety, and deputizing for the management team.
