About the role
This IT Support Apprentice role involves providing first-line technical support to users, managing incident and request queues, and creating technical documentation. Responsibilities include resolving issues with devices, systems, and technologies, assisting with the "Tech Hub" facility, and performing stock checks. The apprentice will also be involved in user support, including meeting and greeting users and managing Active Directory accounts (creating new users, processing leavers, amending permissions, and resetting passwords). The apprenticeship is for 1 Year 3 Months and offers the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion. The training will cover Maths and English Functional Skills, as well as the Information Communication Technology Apprenticeship Level 3.
