About the role

Become an integral part of the Trust's IT team as an IT Support Technician Apprentice, ensuring seamless technology operations across the school. This role offers hands-on experience supporting diverse users and systems while developing essential technical skills for a thriving IT career. Key responsibilities include providing first-line IT support to staff and students, managing user accounts, installing and maintaining hardware and software, resolving IT issues, assisting with technology deployment, and supporting cybersecurity measures. You will also maintain IT asset records and set up audio-visual equipment, contributing to the development of technology solutions that enhance learning. Upon completion, there is potential for a permanent role and progression into various IT specialisms.
