About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with BTS SPECIAL WORKS LTD. You will gain hands-on experience assisting with crucial commercial tasks, including measuring and quantifying construction works, preparing cost estimates and tenders, and managing project budgets. The role involves liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as attending site visits to understand project progress. You will also learn to prepare and process payments, manage records, and utilize software for cost tracking and reporting. The apprenticeship includes in-house training from experienced professionals and academic study at Anglia Ruskin University to achieve a Level 4 qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above, A Levels or equivalent with 112 UCAS Tariff Points. Strong communication, IT, organisational, administrative, and numerical skills are essential, along with team working abilities and reliability.
