About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in childcare as an Early Years Level 2 Apprentice at MIGHTY OAKS LITTLE ACORNS LTD in Gloucester. You will support children's learning and development through play, contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, and assist with daily nursery routines. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will gain hands-on experience and develop the essential skills for a career in childcare. Duties include assisting with play activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, supporting children with daily routines like mealtimes and toileting, building positive relationships with children and parents, and learning to recognise individual needs. You will also follow safeguarding, confidentiality, and health and safety procedures while working towards a Level 2 Early Years qualification. This role is term-time only, with holiday pay included in your monthly salary.
