About the role
Are you interested in a career working with children? We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated play workers or childcare workers who want to educate and inspire children in a primary school setting. Positions are available for working in before and after-school clubs. The successful candidate will need to have good Literacy and Numeracy skills, be able to prepare healthy snacks, participate in and assist with the planning of a range of activities, and have a general understanding of play work principals. Desirable qualifications include a Level 2 Child Care qualification, experience in a play-based setting, and relevant certifications. All training will be provided. This role offers career progression into lead and management roles within venues or primary school settings.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C/9-4) or equivalent, Level 2 Childcare qualification is desirable.
