About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join National Energy Action (NEA) as a People Apprentice. You will work towards a recognised People Professional apprenticeship qualification, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of HR activities. The role involves providing high-quality administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, wellbeing, and departure. You will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting recruitment campaigns, managing employee records, administering HR processes, and assisting with initiatives that promote engagement and wellbeing. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in developing a career in Human Resources and who possess strong administrative, communication, and IT skills.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE 5 GCSEs including English and Maths: 4/C or above. Communication skills, IT skills, Organisation skills, Team working, Microsoft Office applications, Proactive approach, Willingness to learn, Able to work independently.
